Currently, Isabella is serving as an assistant curator for the Directors' Library, where she participates in the process of co-selecting work, interviewing filmmakers, and co-curating the website. Her previous experiences include working as an assistant curator for the International DIG Festival, where she was responsible for the selection and presentation of videojournalism pieces.

She has also been a juror for the London edition of the Super Short Film Festival. Her other experiences include serving as a selector and assistant curator for the Ann Arbor Film Festival, where she contributed to the selection process for the works presented in the festival.

In addition to these roles, she has worked as a freelance curator on a variety of visual media exhibitions for renowned galleries and museum spaces such as the Lethaby Gallery, the Wells Gallery, and the 900 Museum in Milan.

In 2020, she founded the Film Files Club, which she is currently directing and where she serves as head of curation and programming.
